For all orders, regardless of size and quantity of items, shipping costs and times are FREE on orders above €100,-.

Netherlands:  €7,50 (2-3 business days)

Belgium:  €7,95 (2-3 business days)

Germany:  €10,95 (2-5 business days)

Europe: €15,00 (3-8 business days)

We always do our very best to make sure you have your BOUND STUDIOS pieces as soon as possible. We ship all our orders for stock ietms on workdays within 48 hours.
If it would take longer than expected, we’ll let you know.

During holiday periods it can take a 2-4 days longer for you to receive your order.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. The track and trace code will be send in a separate email.

• Double check your address since we’re not able to redirect any sent orders. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages when marked as delivered in our system.

RETOUR & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. For this reason, you have an approval period of 14 days after receiving your order. If you’re not satisfied with the items after trying them on you can return the unused item(s).

HOW TO REURN TO BOUND STUDIOS

• Make sure you always send back items in the original packaging. They may not be worn outside, and must be entirely undamaged. Bound Studios reserves right to refuse returned items that contain traces of usage.
• Products you wish to return must be registered in advance via our return form. After registering, you will receive a return code, which must be included with the piece of jewelry.
• Always keep the track and trace code until we booked the amount back on your account.
• We will refund you as soon as we received the returning item(s). This can take up to 10 business days.
• Return shipping costs (including customs duties, clearance fees, and any applicable taxes) are not covered by Bound Studios.
  
  

CONDITIONS

• Sales or orders placed with coupon codes above 30% can’t be refunded.
• Lost order can’t be refunded. We will ship the order again or offer store credit.
• All items need to be unused. As soon as we receive the returning item(s) we will check that they are used or not. We cannot take back any items that are scratched or have traces of usage.
• The item(s) should be sent back in a good and new condition within 14 days after arrival of your ordered goods.
