RETOUR & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. For this reason, you have an approval period of 30 days after receiving your order + a 2 year warranty. If you’re not satisfied with the items after trying them on you can return the unused item(s).
How to return to BOUND STUDIOS:
· Make sure you always send back items in the original packaging. They may not be worn outside, and must be entirely undamaged. Bound Studios reserves right to refuse returned items that contain traces of usage.
· Send us an email with your reason of return
· Always keep the track and trace code until we booked the amount back on your account. We recommend to ship your order pack with insurance. We are not responsible for lost items.
· We will refund you as soon as we received the returning item(s). This can take up to 10 business days.
· Return shipping costs are not covered by Bound Studios.
· Sales or orders placed with coupon codes above 30% can't be refunded.
· Lost order can't be refunded. We will ship the order again or offer store credit.
· All items need to be unworn. As soon as we receive the returning item(s) we will check that they are used or not. We cannot take back any items that are scratched or have traces of usage.
· The item(s) should be sent back in a good and new condition within 30 days after arrival of your ordered goods.
